Polo GTI 6C Centre grill

Hi all, hit a pigeon at the start of the week and I'm looking to replace the centre grill. Any one got a guide on how to replace them?
Top one two screws and at either side of the grill in the engine bay and pull quite hard.
Bottom one there's just some clips at the edge where it turns into the fog light section, get a panel tool and leave it to pry out the first clip on one side and pull, then do the other side and then all the rest with come out easily
