Hi guys!

I need to replace the rear bearing, but I do not know the size of the hub nut. It is smaller than the front one.

Also, is there anything special to know when replacing a bearing? Anything I should be careful about?

Hum, it looks like on that video that the rear axle stub is short enough to do this job with a normal bi-hex 30mm socket, I have just ordered a Laser Tools deep bi-hex 30mm socket to do that job on a late 2009 SEAT Ibiza (rear brake proper service!), and then discovered that Halfords looks like it sells a "good enough" 30mm deep socket which is probably a 12 point bi-hex for £1.50 less than I'm paying for - and I could start that job today instead of end of this week!!

Edit:- I'm not really interested in starting that job then discovering that I should have used a deeper than normal 30mm socket!

I was surprised it was only 70NM + 30 degrees for the 6R0 Polo, same for this one?

Yes, it's the same on the Polo 9N/9N3, since they share the same wheel's hub.
The 30° you have to add on the 70Nm make the torque more than appropriate.

The car I am going to sort out the rear drum brakes on is a late 2009 6J SEAT Ibiza, again same hub etc, I know that I can not adjust the rear drum brakes by moving the wedge down, so I need to get in there and see what the problem is and fix it.
