I have a Polo 9n 54 plate with only 35k on the clock.

I got in the car and turned the engine on, I connected my phone to the Bluetooth radio and played a song. As I pulled away, the power steering light flashed and the engine cut out, then showing the EPC light. After this the car started fine and has only happened twice. Seems to only happen when I connect my phone but I don't see how thats relevant.
Any help appreciated.

It won’t be related to your Bluetooth

I would suggest getting a fault scan done as there should be some errors logged as to what causes it
