When I turn off the window wipers they stop in the middle of screen.

They do clean the whole screen when switched on but always park in middle!

Is there a relay or fuse that may be causing this?

They are not loose on the spindles.

As it sounds like they are wiping through the correct arc of movement, I'd think that the problem is inside the wiper motor assembly, if you are able, open that up and take it from there.

Is the motor easy to remove?

Is it repairable?
