Hi ciclo thank you :!:
Many upgrades I made were suggested reading your polo's thread (awesome car!). Yes please move the topic thanks.
I have a lot of parts in several boxes at home wich are waiting to be mounted on car. Those parts include:
- Auto folding mirrors oem
- Unlock door buttom on passenger side (thanks to you)
- Bi-xenon oem
- Headlights washers oem
- headlights auto leveling is planned to be purchased

Ciclo as i wrote to you in a pm on Italian forum I'd like to install xenon! I purchased a bcm max just yesterday as you suggested me and i am waiting it's delivered. I apologize if i did not reply you in pm but i have just been registered here so I am still not able to send pm. :(

I wil need to ask you something as soon as i can contact you.
Thank you very much ;)

Ok, everything you want to do has already been shared here in the forum, so I hope all your future improvements will be very easy to do for you.

This will be the topic for you to ask any questions you need, I subscribe to your topic, which means that every time someone writes here I will receive a notification. I will try to help you as soon as possible, with links or as possible.

It takes 10 messages in the forum to use the forum messaging service..., but it is always better for you to deal with all technical issues in your own topic, so it can be shared with all users. Here are many users who are real experts on these issues and are willing to help. 8)

For example, posting a VCDS autoscan on the first message on your topic is perfect for receiving quick help. The VIN must have at least the first 10 digits.
We will try that all units in your autoscan are OK at all times, with or without improvements / modifications.

Thank you ciclo, I updated my thread in first post with a recent VCDS autoscan.
As you can see there are some errors with rcd (i replaced a rmt100 with a rcd330) but everything works fine so I do not know what's wrong with it.

In the meantime I purchased a new BCM max number 7H0937090B.
I actually mount a 6R0937087K; did you sai I need to change wirings to make it work?
At the beginning I thought replacing a BCM just needed to plug out old one and plug in new one but looks bit more complicated since you told me. :?

Please take some pictures of:

1- wires from light switch connector. both sides
2- wires from 'Dimmer' connector.
3- relays carrier.
4- fuse box.

such as those seen in this topic.
viewtopic.php?f=56&t=69826#p520855

in this way I can tell you the wires (installation guide) that are necessary to be able to install this 7H0937090B BCM Max on your Polo 6R Bifuel.

---

Edit: (speaker faults)

These (intermitent) speaker faults shown on the autoscan VCDS are common in all our POLO 6R.
If you make an autoscan with the engine on and clear these faults (twice if necessary) the faults will disappear.
It is due to how the diagnosis is made, there are some changes in the voltage during the diagnosis that cause these faults.
Nothing to worry about.

Thank you ciclo, I will try to do as you suggested to solve radio error in VCDS.

I took the pictures required.
I hope they are good enought, If not I will try to take them again.

Please note that light switch connector goes to the aftermarket automatic light unit (a pin, i think number 3, was removed to make it works correctly)

You have to do a process like this https://uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=69826#p520951 (if you do not install the automatic lights -OEM way-), with some minor corrections.

- The T73b/4 terminal in BCM white connector should be T73b/1 in case of 7H0 BCM, i.e in the WL3 image where it says 4, must be 1. ... 4 in case of 7E0 BCM.
- T17/16 and T6/3 in this installation guide are blue/grey and yours are yellow/grey, no problem for that.

Brief explanation, 7E0 BCMs have implemented the functions and improved the software.
6R: 7H0 (Europe, etc) ----> 2014/2015 ----> 7E0 (other markets) roughly speaking. :)

Thank you ciclo
So the only difference in 7H0 instalation is t6/3 -> t73b/1 instead of t6/3 -> t73b/4?

I think 7E0 has light assist wich 7H0 has not, hasn't it :?:
