Good evening

I have a 2015 polo which I've owned for 2 weeks, first week the DAB radio worked great> However now I cant receive a signal although am and fm works fine. The screen is showing an antenna with a line through it. Have tried numerous resets but still hasn't solved the problem. Any help would be much appreciated

I believe the DAB antenna has a separate connection to the radio from am/fm. First thought is it could have become disconnected? Not explored this radio set up in any detail so not able to suggest much else.

A 2015 model is still under warranty. Back to VW it goes
