Hi everyone I’ve noticed recently that my rcd310 dab radio is cutting out then coming back on I can’t seem to get many stations when I’m searching as well does anyone know what could be the problem many thanks

Hi alexperkins I’ve unscrewed the aerial had a look everything looks ok it’s only just started to do this I thought it was only the 1 station but it cuts out on them all only on dab normal radio is fine plus I can’t seem to get any stations when I’m searching

It sounds like an issue with the reception. you might have a fault with the DAB amplifier possibly in the base of the antenna. How old is your polo?

It’s on a 63 plate with 20,000 miles

Is there anyway you can reset the head unit I’ve tried disconnecting the battery over night but just the same
