NewBie - 2008 Polo 1.4 Petrol - Headunit Bluetooth options

Hello everyone
I am newbie here. I have just bought a polo 1.4 Petrol 2008 as a second car for the household. One owner with low mileage -44k on the clock
The headunit in my car is the Genuine Polo one with mp3 CD player but doesn’t have any Bluetooth functionality. I also have an old style cradle installed which would have connected with an old IPod the broad pin ones like Iphone 4 port type. I understand there is no Aux in the car
I would like to get someBluetooth functionality in the car to be able to do handfree calls and stream music ?
What are the options ? Any recommendation with regards to headunit or adaptors or anything we can do with the existing setup?
