You can use that one, if you don't want to deal with the cabling yourself, or, you can just take a look at the 6C WD and "re-map" the current 10-pin ( halogen connector ) terminals into the 14pin ( led / xenon connector ) terminals.
It's way easier that way, and you only need a laser tool to remove terminals. If you want DRL, that's different story as coding is involved, therefore you need a VCDS dongle.
Fernando or iichel can't really help you out as I've been through the same process, since they own 6R, which are very different cars. PQ vs MQB(ish) electronics in a 6R as opposed to the 6C.
So, future advice, never buy wiring for 6R, as it does not work with the 6C. Either buy a crimper tool, and some wiring with some terminals and VESA tape, or, get someone to do it for you.
Look on my threads for the Halogen to LED, as it's been quite a headache for me ... since nobody here really did it before. There's a lot of great info.
Also, here's some help:
- 6C WD:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2nv91 ... sp=sharing ( tip, search for "static" ( cornering ), which will direct you to the halogen headlights, easier to find. and ~494 page for BCM slot descriptors )
- IFInterface ( for any parts you might break / need to replace hehe )
https://ifinterface.com/page/page3.php?langid=1
- VCDS Enthusiast dongle for coding ( if you want to go for an OEM setup, with DRL, dimming and all that good stuff )

- Laser tool:

- Look up my threads here and on RT forums, you'll surely manage to fix your LEDs if you understand the info discussed there.
That adaptor is only going to use the high beam as shutter, therefore, your HIGH BEAM will not work when your ignition is OFF.
If you're not for a challenge and a good amount of spare time to waste, I suggest you don't start working on it yet
Good luck!
