MK4 Rear Washer leaking at the motor

HI
The rear washer on my daughters Polo has never worked so i thought I would fix it today. It had been disconnected in the engine bay but when I reconnected it, it was leaking from the tailgate (I knew it was too easy a fix!)
Anyway its leaking from the plastic mount on the wiper motor as per photo and not from where the pipe connects to the mount. Does anyone know if this part is available to buy on its own?
