Roof trim

Hello! Does anyone know how to remove the bits of roof trim on a 6n2 gti? The ones that go along each side of the roof? Do they just pull off? Thanks
They are held down with clips. They pull up - start from the windscreen end. A trim removal tool will help
Be careful on the bits with the flaps for the roof bars as they are weaker there and can be bent
