2016 1.4 TDi MPG

Hi all,
I've had my 1.4 TDi since new in 2016 and have covered 26,000 miles and have always been able to get great MPG. I could get 65MPG without really trying.
My commute to work would be anywhere from 70-80MPG and home would be 75-80MPG.
A poor commute or one with an active DPF regen would net me high 50's to low 60's.
My car went in for the second service and my final one under my plan about 6 months ago, and since then I cannot for the life of me get the MPG numbers I used to. My commutes to work now are netting me around 58-63MPG with the lowest being in the high 40s. DPF regens are occurring twice per tank of fuel now.
Initially I blamed the winter weather, but the weather has been mild for a while and there's no change.
Has there been any "fixes" to these piddly little engines?
