Voice control on the steering wheel

Can anyone tell me if there are any components needed to active the voice control button on the steering wheel as well as turning the function on. Polo 2015 6r se bmt

Hi how do I get the voice control on the steering wheel activated please? Any answers would be a way forward thanks.

Which radio system? Do you have Bluetooth installed? If yes it's a coding issue only. Check YouTube.
The button can be coded to mute the system or work as a Voice control.

Thanks for your reply Peter. As I am away am uncertain which model the radio is. I can say it does have Bluetooth enabled and dab. Once I get back next week I’ll check then look at YouTube.
