Key and lock change

Hi guys,
I’m new to the forum and Polo ownership (although I’ve had a handful of Mk4 Golfs). I have two queries I’m hoping someone can help with, this being one of them.
My 6N2 Gti has one shoddy key. My donor 6N2 Gti has two perfect keys. I want to perform “the swap” but need to know what modules on top of door locks and barrel I need to change in order for it to work successfully? I’ve done this with a BMW before and it entailed ECU, DME and another module that I forget the name of needing replacing aswell as the locks and barrel.....?
