6R DIS Retrofit / Stalk Change

Hi there,
After numerous chats and searches I cannot seem to find the exact details I need so hopefully someone still uses this forum and can help me!
I have a 2011 1.2 polo se. It has a low / midline clock setup as pictured:
I am looking at adding the DIS (Driver Information System) to activate mpg and other small features. I know I need to change the stalk and make some code changes. Does anybody have anymore information than this?
Part number for the stalk, code changes needed.
(Better yet anyone in Hampshire I can pay to do it)
