Well its not as bad as the subject makes out but i'm still pretty angry.

I paid for some rear lights for my car on ebay and the guy isn't replying to any of my emails and i have still not recieved the lights (been almost 2 weeks) i emailed ebay about this problem but apart from that what can i do?

Also does anyone live near..Beaumaris drive in Cwmbran Torfaen?
As thats where the guy lives and its a long way from rotherham.

I'm sure ebay can make people cough up their goods just like they can make people pay. Should be sorted without too much hassle I reckon.

I believe the procedure is as follows:

Email seller
Phone seller
Contact ebay's claims department
Claim as much money back as you can (I think you can claim any amount up to £125 less £15 service charge if you pay by paypal... something like that anyway)

I had to go through this whole thing a while ago. Item wasn't expensive enough to be worth claiming money back on, so I just left negative feedback. The guy then popped up two months later and gave me negative feedback in response

hehe.... and theres me having looked it up on autoroute as well
Beaumaris Drive, off Llanrafon (probably a big hill then), Cwmbran, Torfaen... near Newport.. still a long way :D

mebbe his emails busted or ebay has the wrong one listed

you could always write him a letter or hunt and see if a phone number is listed!
