Just got the email and the short video. Took 5 days for me from in the UK to Here's the video. Im collecting it this Saturday.

She is very professional and I'm impressed by how helpful and informative she is. Definitely a good purchase experience so far and happens to be Very Good looking. Agree with you 100%, thank god I got my car through Carwow with spec decided and ended up with Lara, otherwise I'd probably have a Golf ready for collection.

I’m not a fan of white cars (my last car was white ) but that does look good. Maybe because it’s a very pure white.

Thank you, it is called pure white. I am collecting this Saturday at 13:00. Gonna take a few pics without the Wrap and prepped. Also in better light with my phone. Post it on the Picture thread.

Nice spec mate, the grey and wheels work so well together, also with the Grey R line seats too.

Nice. Are you happy with your decision on taking the Limestone Grey Polo and not waiting for the Flash Red one?

I am so glad I got the optional wheels think it suits the car.
Warming more to the colour but would be lying if I said I still didn’t want a red one, however I do like this colour too.
Will be glad when I get it home

Yes a bit more effort or training needed at your dealer, they should have moved that car out to a free area before making that video, I know it means nothing, but if you are going to do that, and VW do, then train people to do it properly.

Was very disappointed I didn’t get a proper walk round and even a peek inside.
Considering I’ve waited 7 months
I couldn’t even pick it up tomorrow because it was the sales lady’s day off,
After a seven month wait I don’t care who hands it over I just want my car. Considering the hassle and the money I’ve paid if it was me I would have said it’s my day off but if your happy for my colleague to hand over no problem I can arrange it.
