Radio Wiring Diagram for 2004 Polo

can someone help me with a wiring diagram for these 2 radio plugs. im trying to fit a different aftermarket headunit but cant for the life of me find a diagram for these 2 plugs.
i obviously am s**t at the googles cause i come up with jetta stuff... and ford stuff and what not.
ill be searching the forum now as well, just thought id ask first to get it out of the way in case i cant find an answer.
