RCN210 install help needed!

Hi,
I need a bit of advice, I've bought a Deesay RCN210 to replace a RCD200 in the wife's car. I've bought the iso to quadlock harness they recommended. I've tried installing using both the recommended harness & supplied emulator combined & individually, the radio works but the Bluetooth doesn't power up, nor does it illuminate when the lights are switched on, it also stays on when the keys are pulled.
I've read some old posts that say I need a CTSVW002.2 is this correct? or do I need to take a feed from the lighter/air con?
Would be a massive help if anyone can point me in the right direction please. Pictures or diagrams would be a lifesaver!
The car is a VW Polo 1.4 SE auto 2007
