Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my polo 6n2, there is a lot of oil coming out from a hole in the engine head( as shown in the attached pictures) . That hole was directly connected to the air filter with a hose.
I want to know what's its purpose and if i can do something to stop the oil.

It is a breather for the engine. If it is shoving a lot of oil out then I would check the crankcase breather. Am sure it is below the inlet manifold. If that is clear then looks like your engine may have back pressure if so you will need an engine
