Short Throw Shifter 6n2 2000 polo

Hello everyone,
I just recently got my first car, and the shifter bushings are needed to be replaced. Now I would also love to have a short throw shifter since there is ALOT of travel when switching gears(in my opinion).
The problem is, I cant find any information about an STS in a polo. Does anyone have a link where I can buy one? And if it doesn't exists, why not? A bit confused here.
