Electric Window Wiring Polo 9N 2004

Hi guys,
I’ve just bought some new doors for my polo as the old ones had some severe rotting on the bottom. Nice and easy to swap however the new doors come with electric windows which is a great upgrade to my current wind up ones.
The new doors have 3 plugs on to connect to the car, whereas the old doors have 2. What would I need to plug the third, bottom, plug into? I assume it’s either CANbus/power/passenger mirror switch? My car has the third slot on the inside of the door but I don’t think there’s a connector in there.
