Ok, figured the clickbait title would be fun.

If you have the Composition Media with 6 speakers, the following settings made a major change in the demo vehicle I tested.

Fader -5 to rear

Bass -4
Mids -1
Treble -1

The reardoor speakers are broadband speakers, and by default there's not enough sound going to these drivers. The above settings will remedy that, and bring a much much better sound.

6x9 In a polo? Surely their far too big for the polo I thought the polo was all 6 and 1/2?

I would have spent more money on replacing the standard speakers.

Even just adding a compact box will make a huge difference.

Here in Portugal the Discovery Media is standard equipment in the Polo GTI.

The standard spec varies from country to country. In the UK the Composition Media is the standard infotainment unit in the GTI.

Suggest you check the VW Denmark website or check with your dealer.

I dont sorry, had it installed by a professional service. I stood by and watched but couldn't replicate it if asked. They got the power from the boot because the battery is there but somewhere in the front passenger foot well is some other type of device with blue LEDs but its hidden from view.

I believe so but only the Beats since it has the sub in the boot. Otherwise it sounds like tinny right?
Yeah full bass and treble for me.
