Has anyone simple replaced the bulbs in the standard headlamps with LED bulbs? If so how did it turn out thinking of doing it
Thanks

Not recommended IMO.
LED bulbs fitted into reflector headlamp units that are designed for halogen bulbs are likely to produce a poor beam pattern (so no improvement in night vision), plus you’ll get lots of light scatter which will dazzle oncoming motorists.
Better to get some upgraded halogen bulbs if you’re looking to improve the light output of your existing headlamps.

Try PIAA bulbs, big improvement and safe for plastic reflectors and lenses.

If you want to go for LEDs, go for philips Ultinon rather than a cheap knock off brand

Philips LED bulbs (expensive) allegedly deal with the poor beam pattern issue.
I'll stick with the Phiips Halogen 5000K bulbs I've fitted, they're good enough for the money.
