Polo 1.4 TDI Blue Motion 1

I have just bought a 2008 1.4 TDI. Can you guys tell me what should be in the spare wheel area. There is no spare wheel or place for it.
Also can someone please send me a pic of the engine cover as mine is missing.

Wife has a late 2007 1.4TDi Blue Motion and this has a full size spare in the boot under the carpet along with jack/tools/etc
The engine cover looks like this:

Too early to tell. Only got it a couple of months back. Think it is on about 80k.
Given it a full service when my wife bought it - oil/filters (all), brake fluid, new CV boot, cambelt, coolant.
It's got a slight noise from the clutch which I think is the release bearing but not too bad at the moment.
What's your on?
