Hi everyone, I'm looking to adjust the ride height slightly on my 2013 polo r line. It would be great to get a similar stance to the GTI polo. Does any know if it's just a case of just changing the coil springs or is it more complicated?
Thanks in advance!

why would you want to look like a 4x4 ? the gti was far too high standard
i recommend getting some eibach springs
this is standard ride height for a gti

I’d love to go lower but unfortunately where I live I wouldn’t be able to get onto my drive. So I’m guessing they would fit?

this is it with eibach springs. it's only 20mm, so maybe 30mm on the r line

I fitted Eibach springs on my R-Line but it went too low for my taste and I lost the ride quality. My front splitter ended up as a snow plow during the Winter and as a driveway scraper at other times.
Then I fitted GTI springs, the ride height went halfway back to standard (GTI is 100kgs heavier than my car). I got back the original ride quality bur with much stiffer spring action. For me they were the perfect spring, a slight lowering effect with much improved handling.
The picture above shows with my 15” Winter wheels fitted the final height.
