Cosmetics for my Mk4, Help/Suggestions?

I want to make my car look like a show car for the lowest price possible.
I want to look at some kits and rims, I also want to keep the colour the same, so no wraps. Any suggestions would be great, I'm putting a maximum of 16" rims in so it's not too bad on handling.
