Lease on GTi vs GTi+

I'm toying with leasing one of these and have the following offers on 5000mls per year (most my driving is local) on a 1+36 deal so no deposit.
GTI = £216 per month inc VAT
GTI+ = £238 per month inc VAT
Do you think the + version is worth the extra? (price is for flash red)

The plus comes in at roughly half the list price for buying a plus over a non plus over your lease term, which is in line with depreciation expectations for the car.
Get the plus if you can afford the extra, it has far more kit on it (about £2800-worth of options when specced separately) - virtual cockpit, auto lights and wipers, LED headlights, tinted glass, front armrest and other things I've forgotten.
