Hi Guys,

Looking at upgrading the brakes on my 2013 Polo R Line 1.2 TSi ready for a power increase.

Would like to know if the GTi brake discs ( 312mm ) and calipers are a straight fit or would they need further modification to fit?

Any help would be appreciated.

you can fit the 312mm if you have 288mm brakes to start with

if not then you would have to change the whole hub.

Ok thank you. Would I need to change the caliper out or would the ones for the 288mm discs be sufficient?

You can use the existing 288mm calipers but the carriers are red on a gti so will look odd.

I do have a complete polo gti brake setup for sale if you do want to go down that route.
