New wheels...

So I've decided to keep my car now and remodify if, but the problwm is I'm unsure about what wheels to get. I've decided what i'm going to to about the rest of the exterior, but the issue of wheels is far from decided. Initially I thought about going down the Porsche Design 90 route, but I feel these are showing up on a lot of Polos and although very nice when polished, are a bit of a plain design.
I then looked at smaller diameter wheels (14"), but these wouldn't look in keeping with what I have planned.
So basically I'm stuck! pease feel free to post up picture of wheels which you personally think would look good, but with a diameter of no more than 16"!
Fire away!
PS, budget of around £900 ex. tyres, so no schmidts!

Kinky Mick's is the place where I was going to buy my design 90's from!
Ronal Turobs are nice, but again I think that they have become a bit common!
Need to go with something slightly unusual!

It's a real tricky one with wheels I think there are only a few wheels that realy suit the car well - trouble is everyone tends to stick with what they see works well and hence it's hard to be "original" which is I guess what you want to be.......
I looked a loads of aftermarket wheels for mine settled for set of cheap (ish) OE VW fitment 6 spoke 13's - just to get rid of the steel wheels

then made up my mind what I think would look best just got pic em up - sure they'll be common but I'm not trying to be "original" just have a tidy smart mildly modified polo "Mint"
You can always photoshop the car with different wheels on it? I wish you luck....

Go for some Teledials - or those winter wheels that are in (they are uber rare)

Teledials are cool I have to admit, and are as yet not particually common, at least on the watercooled scene!
Also like the DZ Exklusivs too..Look fairly similar to WRD Mesh', just much cheaper!
