I have to replace the battery on my 2012 Polo 1.2. Is there any danger of loosing the radio code when the battery is disconnected?

If the radio is the VW one that came with the car then the radio is 'paired' with the car and the code is stored in the car memory so will not be lost. If the car has stop/start then read this thread also: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=73955
