Front wiper, horn and turn signals stop working

Hey polo members. I'm having a problem with my polo 2006. The front wipers, horn, turn signals are not working and I'm having an airbag alert on my dash (all of this happened together). What is the component that connects those things? Maybe a relay but which one?
I already tested the fuses and everything is good. (include the fused under the hood)
Tried to connect my PC with the vcds but I have this message .
