Rear Interior Dome Bulb Change 2019 VW Polo

Hi All,
Does anyone have any idea how to access the two rear interior bulbs in the roof? I’ve managed to access the front interior bulbs with ease using a trim remover tool. For the rear, I can remove the whole unit, but unable to access the bulbs to change. Thanks!

The video was a huge help, thank you for taking the time to post back. There is a black facia holding the bulbs into place, easily removed by prying off the four clips and then bob is your Uncle!
