Consistently getting CEL with same codes

For the past month I have been getting the same 4 codes every 3-4 days. They are:
P0130 lambda B1 S1 malfunction in circuit
P0130 lambda B1 S1 malfunction in circuit intermittent
P1103 lambda sensor heating B1 S1 performance too low intermittent
P0133 lambda sensor B1 S1 response too slow.
It will always come on when driving at roughly 50-60mph which I do everyday on my way to and from work. It either comes on a little bit after the engine has got up to temperature or a while after.
One thing that I have noticed is that it will have a high idle (Roughly 1200rpm) when first started before the engine light comes on while driving. Car doesn’t seem to be affected other than extra fuel consumption when the lights on.
I have had the B1 S1 sensor replaced with a Bosch one and the manifold/cat was replaced by a garage at the same time as old sensor had been cross threaded into the manifold.
Only difference is I wasn’t getting the response too slow code before the manifold/cat was replaced.
Edit: When up to temperature (coolant 90C CAT 656C) at idle B1 S1 is reporting a voltage of either 1.48 or 1.52. B1 S2 is reporting a voltage of 0.7, 0.74 or 0.78. B1 S1 also has a dynamic factor of 3.063 and a conversion factor (can't remember name of the field) of 0.73
