ok, so i tuned in halfway thru the Test The Nation / Personality thing, and the whole spookiness of it both frightened and captivated me at the same time. Gonna see if i can find the website tomorrow night (been stuck at nans :D)

Anyone else catch that? What were your results like?
I've been busily finding out on text that i match disturbingly closely with the results of many of my mates - but only about 80% tops for each, all of 'em being different in some or more areas thank fudge...

The missus, being a psychologist herself, was going absolutly barmy at the TV last night while that was on, only stopping swearing to take a sip of tea.
She recons it's the crappest personality test ever.
Don't ask me, I don't argue with her when she's in one of those moods.

the website is http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/ ... hatamilike

im a strategist this is the summary i got, i think its quite like me but i guess its like reading a horoscope and fitting it into whatevers going on in your life at the moment

quiet easy going and intellecually curious
use logical objective thinking to find original solutions to problems
think themselves as bright, logical and individualistic
may be impractiacal forgetting practical issues such as paying bills or doing the shopping

my bird got peacekeeper, which is her

value personal freedom
particularly sensitive to the feelings of others
think of themselves as steady, gentle and sympathetic
others may mistake their quiet nature for weakness

I got a nurturer..

Care for the important people in their lives
Strive for harmony and avoid confrontation
Think of themselves as gentle, conscientious, and mature
May have trouble making decisions that could hurt others

The detailed description bit actually sounded scarily like me, for example:

"In situations where they can't use their talents or are unappreciated, Nurturers may feel bitter and seek support by complaining to their colleagues. Under extreme stress, Nurturers may become preoccupied with the worst possible outcome and believe that they are heading for disaster."

That's pretty much exactly like me. I'm sure it's mainly coincedence, but I was quite impressed by that..
