Kerbed alloy

Hi all has anyone had a breccia alloy repaired after kerb damage if so ,how did it come up ?and roughly how much was the repair, unfortunately my son has damaged an alloy

@Sanpe11egino+; the discussion thread linked by @POLO Clive gives an indication of what you can expect to pay for a good/top quality refurbishment. A good quality refurb by the likes of Lepsons (
www.lepsons.co.uk) who are reputed to be one of the best should mean the refurbished wheel is indistinguishable from a new wheel. Bear in mind that not all wheel refurb companies have the diamond cutting lathes that are needed to refurbish diamond cut alloys
I dare say that companies who do this type of work are currently closed due to Government lockdown requirements, so your son will probably need to wait a few weeks before they can get the kerbed wheel repaired.
