Skoda BCM in VW polo

Im currently in the process of changing my BCM,
i have a 6C 2015 polo with the 6C0937087B bcm
I have bought a used BCM 6C0937089E from a 2018 Skoda Fabia.
Even though it is a Skoda BCM and the letter at the end is E, will the BCM still work in my VW polo?
