VCDS/OBDELEVEN/ETC Tweaks

Hi.
My name is Paulo, I'm new here.
I own a polo 6n2 for some years now. It was my first car, and I intend to keep it.
Obviously I want to make it as comfortable I can, knowing there are some limitations due to age of car.
Is there a list of tweaks from VCDS or OBDEleven, or even ElecGear of what we can do with them in a polo 6n2 ? Thanks
