The GTI is different DRLs to the standard polo however it still appears to have the lenses for the standard DRLs. Are there bulbs behind the lense? Can they be coded to operate?
Am just completely wrong...

Apparently there is no wiring to the 'dummy' DRLs > viewtopic.php?f=71&t=74175&p=564768
