I7Y in the options list

Hi all,
While organizing the trunk and taking out the spare wheel to see if it’s all right I noticed a sticker inside the spare wheel well. It had all of the option code which I looked up and seem quite in line with what I have in the car. But one thing caught my eye. The last option code is I7Y and after finding a pdf list with all of the codes it says it’s ‘MIB Entry Plus (Gen 2)’.
What does that mean? I looked it up but couldn’t understand what does it mean. Something with app connect, but I don’t have app connect (or the 6.5 inch screen)!
Can someone enlighten me?
And has anyone else got something weird in his/hers option list? That an interesting topic!
