I have a loud rattle that sounds like it comes from the gearbox direction, occurs in all gears but only when the clutch is engaged. As soon as I put my foot fully on the clutch it stops (but still happens when clutch is partly in such as moving off from stationary). It gets significantly worse with acceleration, the further I press the gas pedal the worse it gets.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated, I'd like to be able to fix it myself and avoid garage fees if at all possible, but not sure what to look for.
