Re: GOLF 7.5 FL R-LINE

Post by Sportg »

I have a Golf 7, and i Installed a high line camera

Connected the power cable, the video and the Can bus. when I put the reverse gear,
the VW logo opens and the camera is perfectly visible with the yellow lines moving when
I turn the steering wheel and the four different camera views working correctly when
you press the pictures on the screen, those that are in the circle of this picture:

But pressing the Park Pilot button to the right of the gear lever (Automatic) does not activate the camera
or the Park Pilot with a beep sound.

The Park Pilot is not activated on the screen when moving forward,
and only the beeps from the parking sensors sound.

I have tried various configurations with no success. The 6c camera module activates correctly

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Excellent!
Now you will know how cool it is to drive at night with Matrix LED headlights.
It is very important that the level of headlight height adjustment is done correctly to fully enjoy them. The high beams will be ON most of the time without dazzling oncoming traffic.👌

Why?🤦‍♂️
Do you plan to install a DSG Emulator?

Did you install the proper steering ring for the heated steering wheel?
What happens when you press the Travel Assist button? I really ask. Please tell me.

OK, ... some things to fix there ... (GW)

With that amount of money you could have bought a full last generation MFSW "in NEW condition" and suitable for your Golf with manual transmission.

I just finished the heated steering wheels heats up very cool :D
I coded the block 08:
byte 11 bit 2-3

But the steering wheel icon does not appear in the air conditioning menu when the steering wheel heater is on, only the icon is shown in the top right corner.
OK, ... some things to fix there ... (GW)
I tried many encodings,2C0300 the view works but the heating does not work

Maybe you will find the solution for the heated steering wheel button by reading the following link, or at least some clues as to why the heated button on your steering wheel is not working. https://www.drive2.ru/l/566248764256288809/

In the evolution of the Golf 7-7.5 , MQB platform, the steering ring went from being an individual control unit with CAN lines - comfort/convenience - Address 16, to being a BCM subsystem with 2 LIN - BCM, Gateway-.
Previous generation heated steering wheels didn't have a physical button on the steering wheel, it was either on the center console buttons (two wires from BCM) or on the HVAC unit.

Note: Slavik have the steering column ring hardware "just like you", address 16, and on his steering wheels, the button to heat the steering wheel does work. :)
It may be a hardware or software compatibility issue, but since you don't post a full autoscan after your modification, we can't draw any conclusions. 🤭
