RCD 330 Stereo any good? From lemon shark

Hey people
I disconnected my battery last night pulled the fuses out and my stereo still keeps playing up. So I'm pretty sure it needs replacing and looking online the replacement for the unit in the glove box is like £130 upwards and I would still need a VW coder to program the Bluetooth back in which is another cost.
So I was thinking are these units any good? Has anyone had any experience with them?

And also would I need an adaptor for steering wheel buttons to work?
