oil leak top of engine??

hi everyone I have an oil leak at the top of the engine on my polo (petrol) the little hole I'm pointing to in the picture is full of oil I need to top up with oil every week or so does anyone know what's causing this and how to fix? thanks

Welcome to the forum.
Well from your pictures I’d say it’s probably the cam cover gasket leaking into the bolt hole

Is that oil leak that leaves a spot of oil of that bolt head not just an annoyance and not the true reason for your car using oil?
I'd think that the oil usage will be down to wear in the valve guides/holes in the head and is something that you will need to live with or spend a lot of money getting cured.
