Hey everyone,

I have a Polo 6C GT from 17 - 1,4 TSI GT which has the MIB2 infotainment system.

I recently got App connect activated but it only works on android auto because the USB socket in the center console needs to be changed into the updated one for Apple carplay to work.

Will the solution be to install a GOLF 7 USB socket that I can get from aliexpress or VW?

And if so any tips for changing the USB socket?
