Can anyone help I have changed a door and window etc on my polo 9N and I have refitted the key barrel tightned the screw on the door piller and when its tight the barrel can still come out
I have checked and cant see how it locks the barrel its driving me nuts

any idea

Hi All

i think I have found the problem the half moon spring clip was missing and I found it at the bottom of the door
but can I work out how it works there is 2x lugs that hold the back plate on but nearly wrecked them

does anyone have a photo of a passenger door back plate I take it turns when you screw the T 20 and locks
I have ordered one from e-bay but any info would be great
