High Beam Headlights Are Not Working

First of all I would like to apologize for my english. I hope I will explain it correctly. Few months ago my "blitz" for high beam stopped working. Then few days ago my high beam headlighs stope working.
My hope is that it i snot because of levear. I watched this video it look really complicated to change it.

In your opinion what could cause this? Can it be some relay?
