Dogbone Insert

Hi guys.
I'm thinking of installing a Dogbone insert onto my R-Line Manual. Does anyone have one installed and if so, which kind? (Type A or B). For those who have one, will it also help with my car's horrendous wheel-hop and improve the shifting feel?
