Cover for headlamp sprinkler?

Hello
I'm looking for the cover for the headlight sprinkler on the front bumper of my 2003 9N.
I've spent the last hour or so looking online to no avail but have discovered that some 9Ns seem to have this cover but most don't.
You can see the cover in question in this photo, below and between the two headlights. On my car the left one has fallen out.
Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can order a replacement? (Preferably in the EU as that's where I'm based)
Apologies for potentially stupid questions/terminology, I am a newcomer to maintaining this (or any) car but intend to take good care of it as the previous owner did.
