What is the procedure to get remote central locking on a none remote central locking 9n3? what parts do I need and will it need coding

There is a forum page on here that gives you a step by step guid to how to do it. The guid is for a 9n and if your doing it on a 9n3 it's basically the same but just take the immobiliser chip out of your old key and put it in the new one because the vag tacho doesn't work with the 9n3 but other than that the steps should be the same
